Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the online sale of accommodation services offered by Room in Bloom B&B through its website with an online booking and payment system. By making a reservation, the guest declares that they have read and fully accept these T&Cs, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

The website displays availability, room type, total price in EUR, inclusions and any exclusions before payment.

Technical steps: select dates/room → enter details → summary → accept T&Cs → payment → confirmation email with the contractual summary.

Correcting errors: data can be modified until payment is made; after confirmation, the rules in §7 apply.

Archiving: the contract is archived digitally by the property and is available on request by email.

Non-Refundable Rate (NRF) (only rate available): "This rate is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, late modification or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. Payment/Prepayment: 100% charged at the time of booking."

Prices are in euro (EUR) and include the items indicated in the offer (cleaning, bed linen, etc.).

Tourist tax: not applied in the Municipality of Terlizzi. If introduced in the future, it will be communicated and collected in accordance with the law.

Payment method: card via Stripe; immediate and non-refundable charge. Payment data are processed by the certified provider (e.g., PCI-DSS standards) and are not stored locally by the property.

The property may carry out anti-fraud checks and refuse suspicious bookings.

Invoicing: an electronic invoice is always issued; the guest must provide tax details (tax code/VAT number and, where applicable, PEC or Recipient Code).

Minimum age to stay without parents/guardians: 18 years.

To speed up check-in, ID documents may be requested in advance through channels indicated by the property; in any case they are verified upon arrival.

As required by law, guests are registered with the Questura through the Alloggiati Web portal.

Check-in: from 15:00 onwards.

Check-out: by 10:00.

Different times are not provided unless otherwise agreed in writing by the property.

Non-refundable: any cancellation or change results in a charge of 100% of the stay.

No-show: penalty 100% of the stay.

Early departure: no refunds.

Requests to change dates/room type, if accepted, are treated as a new booking and subject to availability and fare differences; the original booking remains non-refundable.

No right of withdrawal: pursuant to Art. 59, letter n of the Italian Consumer Code, no withdrawal right applies to accommodation services relating to a specific date or period.

In the event of overbooking or force majeure events attributable to the property (e.g., natural disasters, major faults, orders by authorities), Room in Bloom B&B will refund in full the amounts collected; such refund exhausts the property's obligations. No automatic re-accommodation at other properties is provided.

• Smoking: prohibited indoors; permitted only on the balcony. • Pets: not allowed (any species/size). • Children and cots: cots bookable subject to availability, €15 per night. • Parties/events/visitors: not allowed. • Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00 and 14:00–17:00. • Keys/locks: loss = €150 penalty (lock/keys replacement). • Housekeeping: included every 3 nights of stay; extra cleaning on request €10 per session.

The rate covers the overnight stay only. Breakfast is optional, at €3.50 per person per night: Italian-style breakfast (a pastry of your choice with coffee, espresso or cappuccino) at a partner café a few steps away. It can be added to the booking or requested during the stay; if not selected, it is neither charged nor provided.

• Parking: public on-street, unattended; the property is not liable for damage/theft to vehicles or their contents. • Wi-Fi Internet: free; lawful use only and in compliance with regulations (no unlawful/P2P activities). • Air-conditioning/Heating: included; responsible use required (switch off when not needed or when away from the accommodation). • Accessibility: accommodation on the first floor without lift.

The guest is liable for damage caused to furniture, furnishings and premises beyond normal wear and tear. The property is not responsible for loss/theft of belongings not entrusted into safekeeping, without prejudice to mandatory legal limits.

Pursuant to Articles 141-bis et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Italian Consumer Code), the Consumer may turn to ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) bodies listed in the official registers. Room in Bloom B&B does not pre-commit to a specific ADR body and is not obliged to take part in ADR procedures; participation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. The possibility to bring the dispute before the courts remains unaffected. (Note: the EU ODR platform is no longer operational).

Governing law: Italian law. Jurisdiction/venue: for disputes with Consumers, the court of the Consumer's place of residence or domicile has mandatory jurisdiction; for disputes with non-Consumers (e.g., companies/agencies), exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Bari. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice (GDPR Articles 13–14) published on the website. Cookie usage is described in the Cookie Policy, with a consent system for non-essential cookies.

The property may cancel bookings or suspend transactions in case of suspected fraud, unlawful use of the website or violation of these T&Cs, and may report to the competent authorities.

The version in force is the one published on the website at the booking date. Any changes do not apply retroactively to contracts already concluded.
